Account Suspension and Termination

988bd reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspicious or fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe; or account inactivity exceeding twelve consecutive months. Upon termination, any bonus funds are forfeited. Withdrawable cash balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to KYC clearance.
